/baked-chicken-fingers.html and altered the seasonings to my own tastes. Be sure to use a wire rack over your cookie sheet to keep the panko from getting mushy. These baked chicken tenders turn out crisp and juicy - a great, healthy alternative to frying. The recipe is versatile and the seasonings in the panko can be altered so the tenders are italian, asian, etc.
