Potato Cheese Soup
Spray dutch oven with cooking spray and saute onion.
Add broth and 1 cup of water.
Add potatoes and bring to a boil
Boil potatoes until fork soft
Ladel 1/2 of potato and broth into blender and blend until smooth.
Return blended mixture to dutch oven
Mix flour to 1/2 cup of water and stir into soup stir until thick.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Add cheese before serving and mix well.
