Ingredients

    2 C. diced potatoes
    3 T chopped onions
    10-oz pkg frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and chopped
    2 T butter, melted
    3 T flour
    1 c cubed Velveeta light cheese
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    5 1/2 c skim milk.


Directions

Cook potatoes and onions in boiling water until potatoes are crisp-tender. Drain. Place in slow cooker
Add remaining ingredients. Stir together.
Cover. Cook on low for 4 hours. Serves 6. 1-1/2 c servings
