Ingredients

    10 oz pkg frozen broccoli (chopped)
    2 cups nonfat milk
    3 Tbsp low fat margarine
    3 Tbsp four
    8 oz of Velveeta 2% milk cheese
    Season All/Garlic Powder
    1/2 cup carrots chopped
    1 small potato chopped into small pieces
    1/2 small onion chopped

Directions

Rinse frozen broccoli in warm water to thaw. In large pot, melt margarine over medium heat.
Add flour to melted margaring and stir with a wooden spoon into a paste. Add chicken/vegetable broth & stir with a wire wisk until flour mixture is disolved. Add broccoli, chopped onion, carrots, and potatoe. Add milk as soup thickens. When right consistency add velveeta cheese cut into small pieces. You can also add some sliced mushrooms if you like.

Servings are 1 cup servings.
