I found this recipe in a book and I tried to make it healthier by using raw potatoes diced instead of Hash browns and fat free cream cheese

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 cups of Water
    7 teaspoons of chicken bouillon granules
    2 packages of fat free cream cheese(8 oz each)
    3.5 cups of diced Potatoes
    1.5 cups cubed fully cooked Ham
    1 onion diced
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 teaspoon of Dill weed

Directions

Add water bouillon and cream cheese till cheese is melted.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil
Reduce heat ;simmer uncovered for 18-20 minutes or till vegetables are tender
