AMAZING! I love it! this was my first time making potato soup and it was so easy. I also love that its low cal and low fat so I can have seconds. Its also very filling and a great way to get some veggies! way to go!
I substituted one cup of the water for a cup of low-sodium chicken broth, and then added an additional cup of vegetable broth, because it didn't look like enough liquid. The end result was a very creamy and yummy soup.
Yum!! What a great way to warm up on cold days. I left out the bouillon/broth to cut the sodium down, betcha you'll never miss it! :)
