Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Tastes very rich for such a low calorie option. My whole family loved it even my 2 year old son! I used skim milk too.
I loved this and I will definitely make it again. I used light olive oil instead of butter and whole raw milk (which I'm guessing is like half and half?) instead of low fat cream -- so the calories were prob. rotten -- but it's what I had on hand. Next time I'll make sure to use 1% milk.
