Nutrition & Calorie Comments

We made the pie per the recipe from NPR (as above) and it was stellar! This pie, though not low in calories or fat, is perfect as a well-deserved treat after a hard workout or long distance race. So get out and run...and then enjoy a slice of pie!
This is wicked good! I had heard about it on the NPR program and it is a very satisfying mix of salty/sweet/sour. I use light condensed milk and omit the whipped cream. It makes for a refreshing summer dessert that everyone loves!
