These go great with coffee or tea and they are only 75 calories each

I got this from another recipe site. They are vegan and yummy. Add raisins or other dried fruit, chocolate chips etc.

This is a copy of the recipe on here called "Oatmeal Applesauce Low Fat Cookies ". I didn't use Splenda, and didn't have as much Craisins as it called for, and used regular sugar over brown, so I wanted to get a more accurate calorie count.

These were created to try and keep the carb count low. They are still a higher carb, but they are reduced, lol. A total of 18.3 net carbs per 3 cookies. These are good sized cookies to boot.

I have been searching for a healthy cookie! This one has no eggs or butter and uses whole wheat flour and old fashioned oats.
