Introduction
These are sooooo good!!! These are sooooo good!!!Number of Servings: 35
Ingredients

1/4 Cup Smart Balance Butter
1/2 Cup Applesauce (I didn't use a low-cal applesauce so for more cal reduction go for less calorie applesauce)
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (also can use the splenda brown sugar)
1 Cup Splenda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 DASH of salt
1/2 Cup Egg Beaters
1 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour ( i used white flour...there are flours out there with less fat and cals that you can use to lower your caloric intake)
2 Cups Oatmeal
Riasins (I used 9 mini-boxes)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a bowl mix butter and applesauce with an electric mixer. Add brown sugar, splenda, baking powder, baking soda, a dash of salt, Cinnamon and Nutmeg. Mix with mixer untill combined. Mix in eggs and vanilla untill combined. Mix in flower and Oats untill thick, mix in raisins.
Drop 1 tbsp of cookie dough onto a lightly sprayed pan (they will stick) place 1tbsp drops 1 1/5 in. apart.
Bake 10-12 minutes untill the edges darken. Leave on pan to cool for 2 minutes and then allow to cool on a baking sheet.
Makes 35-40 cookies.
