Very simple and very good. I had to recalculate since I only got 30 cookies. I used half Splenda and half sugar, unsweetened applesauce and two eggs. The cookies are very moist and tasty. Thanks for sharing. Submitted by:

I made these tonight on a WHIM!!! I did not have baking powder so I used 1 tsp flour.Also I chopped one apple (3/4 C) I made 33 cookies... The taste was good I will try it using the correct ingredients. When I input ingredients into myfitnesspal it gave 32 calories per cookie!!! Submitted by:
