Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Not bad, fiberfull. Be sure you like apples though.
I sub Spenda for sugar and added walnuts and craisins.
Tasty treat and not bad on the nutrition!
So low cal, but still added sugar.
Very simple and very good. I had to recalculate since I only got 30 cookies. I used half Splenda and half sugar, unsweetened applesauce and two eggs. The cookies are very moist and tasty. Thanks for sharing.
I made these tonight on a WHIM!!! I did not have baking powder so I used 1 tsp flour. Also I chopped one apple (3/4 C) I made 33 cookies... The taste was good I will try it using the correct ingredients. When I input ingredients into myfitnesspal it gave 32 calories per cookie!!!
I used 2 regular eggs, unsweetened pear sauce & a fresh chopped pear since I didn't have apples, added a small handful of golden raisins & cut the sugar down too. They came out really great, will definitely make them again!
Looking forward to trying this recipe out. At only 30 calories per cookie, this seems like it will be a great little treat to curb that sweet craving!
Ok these are good...too good...i could eat a pan of them! My 2 year old loves them too. I think next time i will lessen the sugar though...they are super sweet and i used unsweetened applesauce.
OK cookies. Mine ended up very damp - I did bake them for extra time also. Made mine with half sugar, half Splenda. And I must have made mine much bigger because I had far fewer cookies at the end.
Tried these for the first time today. Used splenda instead of sugar, added 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/4 cup craisons and 2 Tbsp flaxseed. Delicious!
Loved them used Splenda instead of sugar. I will make again!
I used brown sugar and add 1tsp vanilla. I was able to get 40 cookies from the recipe. They are amazing!!!
for a very quick and nutrious snack you must try these. I did use slpenda in place of sugar. The whole family enjoyed.
Has anyone made them with a sugar substitute??
I loved these!! I added an 1/8 t xantham gum, a scant 1/4 cup almond flour and used two real eggs. I substituted sugar w/ 1/4 c splenda brown sugar. Wow! Delish! Thanks for the recipe!
Sounds yummy, and I love the nutritionals on this cookie! I'm going to have to give it a try!
