Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Not worth the calories.
I think I would use less sugar (honey and syrup) Other than that , it sounds good.
The calorie count is higher than I normally like for a snack bar. Too high to have 12 around.
AWESOME! Like everyone else I altered mine (Dark chocolate chips and dehydrated strawberries) They are fantastic the texture is spot on. Even my granola bar hating husband liked them (he complained about lack of sugar but he is a sugar addict)
Excellent! Great for a snack or post workout. Adjustments: 1% milk + 1/2 tsp of vanilla. Added 1/4 cup of unsalted sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup of Hershey's Dark Choc. Chips & 1/4 Cherry Craisins. Used a cookie sheet for correct thickness. Be sure to adjust nutrition for additions!
I made a variation of this & it was better than any store bought granola bar, I substituted the maple syrup for calorie free brown sugar & the rolled oat flour with whole wheat pancake mix, put sliced almonds & dried cranberries, create your own flavors ! They are delicious !
what is the calorie count and nutritional breakdown for this recipe?
Yum! Really easy and fast recipe. I spread peanut butter on these after cooking for a little more protein, then chilled them in the fridge. They were pretty irresistible. Next time I'm making them with mini chocolate chips!
