"PMS Savior" Trail Mix!
Desperate for chocolate, popcorn, and salt, I stopped and created this at home. Stove-popped popcorn in coconut oil was my base, and I added other items I had on hand (all measured and portioned out into 7 different baggies). This could EASILY be adapted and made lower-calorie, but I'm happy with what I have!
My next variation will switch out the M&Ms for organic chocolate chips, but I wanted to use these M&Ms up in a healthier way.
