10 grams of fat for a 180 calorie snack - that works out to 50% of the calories as fat. This recipe is full of fat, saturated fat, sugar, and empty calories. I'm surprised this would be included on a "let's eat healthy" website. Sure it tastes good - it's basically carmel corn. Submitted by:

I'll use Splenda and sugar-free Jello when I make this recipe. This is something I never would of thought of putting together!! Submitted by:

Don't quite understand the nutritional stats - if you use 1/4 C Butter for 8 servings, that is 1/2 T per serving but full stats show 2 calculations for butter?? Also, full stats show sugar-free jello but recipe doesn't say that. I don't get sugar free jello + corn syrup + sugar. Submitted by:

This is not a healthy recipe!!!
Butter = unhealthy dairy sat fat
Corn syrup = Probably the worst thing you can put in your mouth! Say hello to insulin resistance, hormone disruption, systemic inflammation, Alzheimer's, etc.
Brown Sugar - ditto HFCS
Flavored Gelatin = ditto HFCS plus nasty chemi
