Nutrition & Calorie Comments

How about using whole wheat noodles for fiber?
There are so many variations. For my version, I use low fat ricotta instead of cream cheese and fat free sour cream instead of milk. I also like crushed pineapple in natural juice instead of sugar.
This is very similar to my recipe but like others, I use low fat cottage cheese for a lighter texture
This sounds yummy and it seems to be low in fat so I really am going to try this.
but i would use non-fat cottage and cut some of the splenda
i havent' made this but when i make my usual kugel, i use cottage cheese instead of cream cheese. it makes for a lighter kugel and is naturally low in fat.
