Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I thought this recipe was okay. Decent flavor but nothing spectacular. My biggest con is that it is six servings. DH and I made 4 servings and scoffed at how small even that was. While it was good, it isn't worth the calories for me again.
This was very tasty! I had some leftover ham from Easter & it was a great way to use it. I think 6 servings would be pretty small though (we made 4), and the canola oil is counted in the calories but not used in the recipe. Otherwise, it rocks!
