Incredible Smoothies Strawberry Vanilla Avocado Smoothie
By Tracy Russell of Incredible Smoothies. "This is a nice creamy strawberry vanilla smoothie. Strawberries help protect against rheumatoid arthritis and have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties. Pears are packed full of fiber to help you lose weight.
I like to sneak extra vegetables into my green smoothies so I added a small vine tomato (technically, tomatoes are a fruit). If you don’t like them or don’t want to add it, go ahead and leave it out.
You can make this smoothie with 1 cup of blueberries instead of strawberries. You can also enjoy this green smoothie without the vanilla flavoring, or add an additional flavor fruit that complements the strawberries. To reduce the fat content, only add 1/4 avocado and 1/2 of a large banana."
