Needs more fiber.
I love this recipe. I make it with fresh strawberries. And just yesterday, I ran out of strawberry yogurt, so I made it with the Fat-free vanilla yogurt that I had. Loved it.
This is a very good smoothie. I made this today. I used only one banana, added 2 packets of splenda and added 1/2 cup of ice. This was only about 150 calories when I added everything up.
Umm isn't skim milk the same as non-fat milk?
This sounds great. I love strawberries and bananas. I will use skin milk instead of non fat.
Very good! I used a 4 oz container of fat free yogurt and 1 banana and 3/4 c. of fat free milk and 2 ice cubes. It tasted awsome!
