Introduction

I've tried a handful of smoothie recipes for my two young children. But taking a few ideas from a couple, I came up with this. The best part is that I don't really like yogurt, but this I love.
Using Frozen Fruits eliminates the need for ice and it makes a nice thick smoothie. Of course, thawing the fruit makes the smoothie a little thinner, but it's still great!
