Hmmm...sounds good, and low in calories, which is good~ ^^ I'll make it for breakfast tomorrow~ xD
Excellent recipe, but not all ingredients are listed in the ingredient list for calorie charting. A common boo-boo because the ingredients need to be posted in two places on the recipe calculator.
I came up with 105 calories for this with 2 servings: 1cp strawberries, 6oz low fat strawberry yogurt and 3/4cp of nonfat milk....
Is this really only 50 calories?
Then I'm definitely making this!
