Pat Eastburn's homemade Dumplings
My mom remembers having these on the farm when she was a child made with beef, turkey, or chicken broth. She says no words can describe the taste. and at Christmas time her mom would make the noodles and thicken the broth for them to put over mashed potatoes. This is easy to make.
