Introduction
These are the world's best dumplings... they never fail... and they heat up well... You can make them with dairy if you prefer or whatever flour you like.... As is, this recipe is vegan and dairy allergy friendly :)Note: these can be made very rich by adding a tablespoon or two of your favorite butter (or butter alternative) These are the world's best dumplings... they never fail... and they heat up well... Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

2 cups flour (I use King Arthur White Wheat)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 T. baking powder
1 t. salt
Directions
Mix together all ingredients until just blended.
Drop by rounded tablespoon into boiling liquid (i.e. soup or stew). Cover.
Let cook 15 minutes covered; then, another 15 uncovered.
Serving Size: 12 - 2-inch dumplings (or larger!)
