Introduction

My family loves chicken and dumplings, but the kit at the store is so high in calories. So I decided to come up with my own healthy way. My family loves chicken and dumplings, but the kit at the store is so high in calories. So I decided to come up with my own healthy way.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Soup:
    2 cans Progresso Healthy Classics Chicken and Noodle (with vegetables)
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

    Dumplings:
    2 1/4 cups Bisquick mix
    3/4 cup 1% Milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix soups into an 11x7 inch pan.
Mix Bisquick mix and milk in a small bowl until moist. Drop spoonfuls of dumpling mix on top of the soup mixture until it is covered with dumpling mix.
Bake for 20-25 minutes (could take less time depending on you oven). Bake until dumplings are a golden brown. Lift a dumpling with a spoon to make sure it isn't gooey underneath.
Makes 12 servings (about 1/2 each).
