Love this. It is really good I used frozen berries and 2 bananas. No sugar needed, no ice, and no milk. It was perfect.
This is a great base recipe to have. You can adjust and/or add pretty much anything you want to it! Also, I use whole frozen strawberries..it helps if you like it to be really cold without watering it down with too much ice. Oh...another idea is to add aloe vera liquid and/or vitamin supplements!
Love this smoothy! I also have to have it as a dessert or snack as it raises my bloodsugars too much, but its a healthier snack than heavy fat ice cream. Add this to your ice cream maker for a frozen yougurt ice cream.
