Ingredients

    4 oz. Yoplait lite or fat free yogurt
    4 oz. strawberries
    2 oz. banana's
    4 oz. 1% milk
    4 ice cubes

Directions

In blender added all ingredients together blend thouroghly untill smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy
