Oatmeal apple Crisp
Regular white sugar has been replaced by Splenda. Also added flax for extra nutrients.
High in calories, but at least we know what we're eating!
Can try replacing the brown sugar with the Splenda brown sugar also, this will cut about 70 calories a portion I think.
