2 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup quick cooking oatmeal
10 sprays Parkay margarine spray
2 tsp Pampered Chef Sweet Cinnamon Sprinkle
Directions
Makes 4 servings.
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a small casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer sliced apples in dish and add water. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Sprinkle with oatmeal, spray with butter spray, sprinkle with PC Sweet Cinnamon (or Caramel) sprinkle. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes until apples are tender.
