Introduction
Regular white sugar has been replaced by Splenda. Also added flax for extra nutrients.High in calories, but at least we know what we're eating!

Ingredients

6 cups sliced apples
6 tbsp flour
1/2 cup splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
1 cup oats
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp flax, ground
Directions
Combine apples, flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and water. Place in greased casserole dish.
Cut together the remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top.
Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
