    This is good, stove-top popcorn. Add the oil to the pan, add corn, cover loosely and shake until it pops. Season with salt, cinnamon, chili powder, whatever you fancy! No need for butter!

    The recipe is very tasty, but there are no directions. I relied on my memory of making oil-popped popcorn in a popcorn kettle as a child. - 9/1/09
