Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

A great treat w/ just a hint of sweet! I used coconut oil instead of olive oil. Took the hint below and added 3 kernels to the oil, waited for them to pop before adding in the sugar and remaining kernels. Yum! Tried w/ brown sugar too for a caramel corn version. Prefer white sugar.
SO YUMMY! I put 3 kernels in with the oil and turned the heat on, then added the rest of the kernels and the sugar once they'd popped. Didn't "stir" at all, just shook the pot to move it all around. SO GOOD!
Perfect portion! I actually ate both servings because I had the calories to spare. Soooo good. Thank you!
