Introduction

Ingredients

    8 cups air-popped popcorn
    1 packet Splenda or other artificial sweetener
    1/4 teaspoon salt-substitute, like No-Salt
    cooking spray, butter-flavored

Directions

Spray the popcorn with a butter-flavored cooking spray. I spray the top layer, shake or stir the bowl, spray again, repeating 2 or 3 times. Add a packet of sweetener, and sprinkle with the salt-substitute.

Makes 4 2-cup servings.

    I use a microwave mini bag...100 cals-98% FF. It was wonderful!! I bring a bag to work with me so I will have something to snack on at my desk during that time betweenl lunch and dinner. I even got a coworker hooked on it and she doesn't like popcorn!! - 7/17/07
