Ingredients

    6 cups hot-air-popped popcorn
    2 cups toasted O's cereal
    2 tbsp margarine
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix popcorn and cereal.
Heat margarine, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder in 6-inch non-stick skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally, until margarine is melted.
Drizzle over popcorn mixture; toss.
Immediately sprinkle with cheese; toss. Serve warm.
Serving size: 1 cup each.
