I couldn't find the Adobo so I just used the coconut oil with some sea salt. Awesome!!!
I purchased some of this coconut oil on-line from a company in Thailand who refines this oil beautifully... I have been saving my calories for this treat. The Goya Adobo seasoning is in the Mexican food section--good on meat, too. It is amazing--thanks for sharing. What is the serving size?
