Introduction

Falafel's, hummus and pita bread! Does it get any better! Falafel's, hummus and pita bread! Does it get any better!

Ingredients

    1 Whole Wheat Pita
    2 Falafel Balls
    2 tbsp Hummus
    4 slices of cucumber
    .5 tbsp chopped onion

Directions

Microwave a pita for about 15 seconds. Cut open and spread hummus on the inside. Add cucumber and chopped onion to the inside of the pita. Next, break up the falafel balls and put them inside of the pita. The sandwich is now ready to eat!

Feel free to add other toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, etc.

    I'm sure that if I had bette luck when making the falafel that this meal would have been a 5 star meal, but I had problems with it. I'll try making them again though, because even with the messed up falafel they were pretty darn tasty! :) - 1/29/09
