Ingredients

    Light Strawberry yogurt 2 oz
    Canola Oil, .25 cup
    Honey, .5 cup
    Old fashioned Oatmeal 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon 1 tsp
    Dried Cranberries 1/4 cup
    Half a cup chopped Apple

Directions

Put yogurt, oil and honey into mixing bowl. Mix oats, flour, baking powder and cinnamon in different bowl then add. Mix add cranberries and apple. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray and bake cookies at 375 for 8-10 min.
