This seems like a lot of work for such high calories
Wow. That's a lot of carbs for just the protein part of the meal.
I don't think this would be so many carbs .... only one slice of bread in recipe
This is probably tasty, but too much effort and time for the results for my needs. Other comments reinforce my thoughts. Besides, it's not as if meatballs are super-high calorie anyway. I can just buy them.
I agree that baking is best. I prop them onto mini muffin tins so the fat drips off.
