Nutrition & Calorie Comments

used 2 eggs, no milk, used unsweetened applesauce, no salt, and baked in oven for 45 min at 350, it was awesome. Son ate it all.
This was the best turkey meatloaf I have ever had. It was easy to cook, moist and the flavor was great. Even the members of my family who prefer ground beef over turkey enjoyed it. I followed the instructions exactly and it was a little salty for my tastes so next time I will lessen/omit the salt.
I actually substituted 1 tsp of fajita seasoning for the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. My kids loved it.
This is an EXCELLENT recipe and a perfect addition to my weight loss nutrition regimen! I chickened out of the microwave prep and went with the oven at 350 for 40 minutes, but it was delicious! My roommate is an excellent cook and is very particular about what she eats and even SHE loved it! Thanks!
This dish is sooo good! It was super moist and my husband loved it. I left out the sage (I didn't have any) and used 99% fat free turkey. I also cooked it in the oven for 40 mins on 350. Thanks for such a wonderful recipe!
I added frozen spinach, and did half lean ground beef. Barely added any calories, and it was wonderful. I expected microwaved meatloaf to be kind of gray and slimy, but I couldn't tell it hadn't been in the oven
