Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Try using beer (any kind) instead of just broth - mixed with broth or alone. I seasoned the breasts with salt, pepper, onion & garlic powders (lightly) and coated the top with a layer of Bull's Eye Original BBQ sauce - It was a huge hit with everyone! Reduced cook time to about 40-45 min.
There is no way the nutrition information is right on this one. The lowest calories for a serving of chicken I have seen is 110. And if its 1 lb of chicken then it would be four 4 oz servings. Something went wrong on the calculations.
use seasoned salt and cover with foil
Tasty, light & most importantly EASY!! Added sliced carrot sticks and a lot of seasoning including 2 cloves garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and worcestershire.
Very Easy. very tender, you can spice it up with bbq sauce type, or use season salt and pepper flakes on chicken prior to baking.... Incredible, I use very basic recipes, with corn for veggie... yummy
I would rate this higher, but the calorie count is very inaccurate. There are 35 calories per ounce of boneless, skinless chicken, and this recipe calls for 1 lb. (16 oz) of it. My math isn't the best, but that should equal WAY more than 82.6 calories per serving. Still tastes great though!
