Turkey Sloppy Joes
I add a chopped green or yellow pepper as well as a small diced onion to the turkey as it cooks. This adds extra taste as well as more veggies to the final product. Get the extra lean turkey not only for health reasons but also to avoid having to drain the meat since you have already added the veggies.
You can substitute manwich for tomato sauce as well.
