Ingredients

    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    3 oz Wilson Sweet mini Peppers (3.5 pieces)
    1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 dash Salt
    1 cup (8 fl oz)
    4 serving(s) Signature Crushed Whole Wheat Bun

Directions

Add half tbs of olive oil to pan medium heat. Add ground turkey cook until completely brown. Add peppers and onion. Cook until onions are translucent. Add rest of olive oil. Add tomato paste, seasonings and water. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat to a simmer cook for another 10 mins. Serve on the wheat bun. Add a dash of stinky cheese. Serving Size: Makes 4, 3/4 cup servings
