Step 1
Cook turkey and onion in a large heavey skillet over medium-high heat stirring frequently until browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes. Stir in chili beans.
Step 2
Add brown sugar, flour chili powder, salt, vinegar and water to skillet mix well.
Stir 3
Stir in chili sauce to skillet. Simmer until heated through, about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Place bottom half of buns on serving plates. Spoon beef mixture over buns, sprinkle with cheese if desired (not included in calorie count). Replace tops.
