I used two cans of Rotel, which made it too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. Instead of ready rice, I cooked rice separately and mixed to heat through. I also used salt, pepper, and onion powder to season chops. I might try Italian inspired ingredients (white beans, tomatoes) next time.
