Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Had to tweak the flavoring a little as the original recipe ended up being a touch bland. Added more crushed red pepper and doubled the garlic. Also added some Bay Leaves. Used a no sodium broth made from no sodium boullion, and used a hot Italian chicken sausage which had less sodium than the Joh
