The only problems I see with this recipe are the low-fat vanilla wafers (these have hydrogenated oils in them- trans-fat- I buy mine at Trader Joe's without the hydrogenated oils) and the Cool Whip- all Cool Whip product have hydrogenated oils in them also- go with Redi-Whip or other whipped cream
