Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

My family called this chili even though it was full of vegetables. The kids picked through theirs because they don't like tomatoes, but did enjoy the fact that I served it with tortilla chips. I also let them top theirs with cheese and a dollop of non-fat sour cream. I would likely serve this again
