Nutrition & Calorie Comments

it has a little too much sodium, though a lot less then other soup recipes in the "12 Healthy Soup Recipes for Fall and Winter" list. does this work with frozen beans?
I made it pretty much as is except that I didn't use all low sodium ingredients. The taste is awesome! This is going in my favorites and I will definitely be making it often!
and so low in sodium!
From experience, the V8 juice is the taste secret. I added canned Canellni beans, made a fiber filled soup.Next time I will add some Campbell's Minestrone soup to the pot. Thanks.
Low sodium, high fiber... sounds good.
