Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Quick and easy. I did add some brown sugar at the end to make them sweet and spicy.
These are wonderful. It is a great way to get more protein without too much fat.
These are so tasty. My husband and myself both LOVED them. I roasted some with just coarse salt and EVOO for my 2 year old and he loved them too. More beans he said!!!
Nice, fast, easy, portable high-protein snack - spicy and good - 1st time ever trying edamame - thanks for the recipe.
