Nutrition & Calorie Comments

too much garlic salt, use garlic powder
These are fantastic. Might reduce the garlic salt even more next time. But when my dad started sneaking them before dinner I knew they were a hit!
I agree with a lot of other people. These were too salty. I will make them again with garlic powder instead of salt.
My husband and I really enjoyed these! Like so many others, next time I will cut down on the garlic salt...too much. Overall a great alternative!!!
Great! I used about 1/4 of the garlic salt and oregano suggested, and I didn't have any mrs. dash. Still turned out great! Thanks.
Way too salty (I second those who say to use only 1/2 the garlic salt and then use garlic powder instead) but apart from that very nice!
These are wonderful! I cut the garlic salt in half and used garic powder instead. these are so tasty, I found it hard to control snacking on them before dinner was ready : /
These are my new favorite baked fries! They were delicous!

I made one tiny substitiution and that was I used half garlic powder and halp garlic salt to reduce my sodium intake... NUMMERS!
These are delicious, I also used garlic powder instead of garlic salt, the only thing I would suggest is make sure you make them thick slices (I made thin and they burnt easy) but other than that, they were delicious :D
I made this with fresh garlic and real olive oil. It adds a little more fat, but tastes 1,000 times better. Also I'm not sure that I would agree that two potatoes would be enough for 4 people.
These are so good. Next time I will cut the garlic salt a little. I am sure these could be made with a lot of different spices for a different twist each time. Thank you for sharing.
When I made these my family thought they were good but on the salty side. I used Garlic powder not garlic salt, too. So I am not sure why they were so salty. I am going to make them again using garlic poweder and Parmasian cheese like someone suggested!!
These tasted a little too salty for me...next time I will try with garlic powder instead of garlic salt....still a good recipe.
These fries were incredible!!! I also added 2 teaspoons of a vegan version of parmesan cheese to my spice mixture. OMG, they were so good!!! I had them with the Heinz One Carb Ketchup and was in french fry heaven!!!

Thanks for an awesome recipe!
My family loved these. Next time we will cut down on the oregano and use garlic powder, instead of garlic salt.
these were great. I do add different spices sometimes but they are a great replacement for deep fried french fries and you can really taste the potato. I don't use garlic salt, just plain garlic powder
i was missing fries and these are low fat and VERY tasty!!!
We love potatoes and this is a way to enoy french fries minus the fat. I will use garlic powder next time instead of garlic salt, it was too salty for our taste. We wiped off most of seasoning and ate anyway. Very good recipe. Thank you!
Very good option to enjoy french fries. I also add other spices depending on what I am looking for. (chili powder; pepper; even salt-free blends that I have) I have also made these fries using sweet potatoes and butternut squash - using spices like cinnamon and nutmeg
Very delicious! My children just loved these and we didn't miss the fat at all! The potatoes were evenly coated with the herbs and salt! Yummy!
I hate potatoes, but I love them this way! I added all the spices to the bag and skipped the drying and olive oil part. I used garlic powder instead of salt for more flavor. The potatoes were completely coated with the seasonings on both sides. I made sure to broil until really crisp. Perfect!
What an awesome way to get an American favorite minus so many calories!!
These oven fries are absolutely delicious, and low-calorie too !
