Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Crispy deliciousness! I loved it. Ready in 5 minutes, and made from ingredients you likely have on hand. If you don't happen to have oyster crackers around, use the saltines someone suggested. A super dinner entree I'll be making again.
This is great recipe. I have eaten these for a very long time. Thank you for putting it on the site for others. I use a variation of it thou. I like to have comples carbs so I use either the Malbe wheat hard bread from the salad section or I use oatmeal instead of crackers.
Mama used to use a can of salmon, with an egg and a sleeve of saltine crackers. I think I would love to try this again! Thank you for this.
