I make this too but you can save some fat and calories - skip the EVOO and use non-stick cooking spray in a non-stick pan, 2 thin slices of deli ham instead of the can. bacon and fat free cheese. So you have eng. muffin (100), egg beaters (40), ham (30) and FF cheese (30) = 200 calories!
